Most of us just consider it to be a good day if we are breathing!

Can I get an amen?

And most of us don’t think about our breathing techniques until we either discover that there’s a problem, or perhaps you fall into the rabbit hole of something like myofunctional therapy or Buteyko breathing.  The problem is, sometimes it’s too late to begin trying to breathe correctly after the damage has been done.

The goal of improving my breathing techniques has been a personal journey for me as well.  Many of you already know that I used to be the world’s biggest mouth breather.  I took 4 allergy pills every day and couldn’t leave home without a box of Kleenex.  I was honestly miserable most of the time.  My nose hurt, my lips were dry, and the mouth breathing had already left a permanent mark on the development of my face and jaw.
